I checked out the site and, it seems okay so far. I didn’t run into anything that felt immediately off, but I’m still not completely sure I trust the brand yet. I think I’d need a little more time, maybe see more reviews or have a better experience with them, before I feel fully confident.

The site works fine overall, but finding what I needed felt like a mini treasure hunt with no map. I eventually got there, but it took way longer than I expected and had me dramatically sighing at my screen a few times.

I tried getting in touch with customer service and didn’t get a proper reply for days. It felt like I was being ignored, and I had to keep following up just to get some kind of response. For me, that’s really frustrating, and I wouldn’t call it a good experience.

I ordered from ohrija.com because the photos made it look so pretty. Wow. The shade online looked bright and fresh, so I was actually excited to get it.

But when it arrived, the color was way duller and darker in person. Ugh. The whole thing also looked a bit cheaper than it did in the pictures, which was disappointing.

I know colors can look different on screens, sure, but this was not a tiny difference. Nope. I don’t think I’d trust their product photos again

It’s still usable, so I wouldn’t say it was a total waste, but for the price, I was hoping for something that felt a little more finished. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I probably wouldn’t order again

When I first came across Ohrija, I really liked the designs and felt they had a nice, unique look to them. The photos made everything seem quite polished and well put together, so I was expecting the same kind of finish in person. But once I received the item, I felt a little let down by the actual craftsmanship. It was not terrible or unusable by any means, but a few things stood out to me, like some uneven stitching and edges that did not look as clean or refined as I had hoped. Overall, the idea and design are nice, but for the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail and a neater final finish.

I ended up waiting way longer than expected for my order, and honestly... it was frustrating. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I had no real idea what was going on. Then when I reached out to support, they basically just kept telling me to wait a little longer. Like, okay... but I’d already been waiting

I really wanted this to work out, but I’m kind of regretting the purchase. The fit was fine, so I thought it would be okay, but the fabric just didn’t feel soft against my skin. After wearing it for a few hours, it started to feel a little scratchy and uncomfortable. Maybe it wouldn’t bother everyone, but comfort-wise it just wasn’t for me...

The box showed up crushed, which was frustrating. Thankfully the item itself was okay, but it still makes me wonder what the point is of all these automated shipping updates if the package arrives looking like it got thrown around.

The return instructions weren’t super clear either, which made me feel like I couldn’t really trust them to handle it smoothly unless I stayed on top of it. I did eventually get it sorted, but it took too much time and felt like more effort than it needed to be.

It was okay for what I paid, but i expected a little more. I don’t have much patience for stuff that feels just barely decent, so this didn’t really impress me...
